At DC Way, we believe that the foundation of soccer excellence lies in honing individual skills. Our Skills Clinics offer a fantastic opportunity for players to elevate their technical ability through focused and engaging sessions. Whether you are looking to improve your dribbling, shooting, passing, receiving, or any other aspect of your game, our clinics have got you covered.

With each week featuring an intense 1-hour skills training session, our clinics are crafted to create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment. No matter your skill level, our experienced coaches are committed to supporting you on your journey to becoming a better player.

Brazilian Way Clinics

BRAZILIAN STYLE — SKILL & CREATIVITY

Get ready for an extraordinary soccer training experience influenced by the dynamic Brazilian soccer tradition. Think of legendary showmen like Ronaldinho, the real Ronaldo, and Neymar, whose mesmerizing skills and creativity have set the world of soccer ablaze. This session celebrates technical finesse and imaginative flair, allowing our young players to express themselves on the field and embody the spirit of Brazilian soccer.

Dutch Way Clinics

DUTCH STYLE — SKILL DEVELOPMENT WITH COERVER METHOD

Step into a captivating soccer training journey rooted in the Dutch soccer legacy. The Netherlands' profound connection to the renowned Barcelona philosophy, pioneered by Cruyff, is further enriched by the teachings of masterminds like Horst Wein. This session, inspired by Coerver Method, emphasizes skill refinement through captivating drills. As the Dutch tradition has shaped talents like Iniesta and Xavi, our players will embark on a transformative learning adventure.

No matter the style, each training session is designed to elevate individual technical and tactical prowess in a spirited, enjoyable, and secure environment, led by dedicated and expert coaches. Brazilian Session

60 minutes - Showcasing Skills and Creativity

Fun Warm-Up (10 minutes):

Start with a dynamic and enjoyable warm-up to prepare the body and mind for training.

  1. 1-2-3 Sunshine" Ball Game: Players move with the ball, avoiding being "caught" by the coach during the "Sunshine" command.

  2. Free and Improvised Dribbling: Players have fun exploring creative touches and dribbles.

Game 1 - Creative Juggling (7 minutes):

  • Players perform juggling exercises using various parts of the body creatively.

Game 2 - Creative 1v1 Duel (7 minutes):

  • Players engage in 1v1 duels to outmaneuver the opponent with imaginative touches and skills.

Game 3 - Fantastic Shooting (7 minutes):

  • Players practice scoring with imaginative and unusual touches, enhancing creativity in shooting.

Game 4 - Rainbow Dribbling (7 minutes):

  • Players move through cones in a rainbow-shaped course, performing creative touches and dribbles.

Final 2v2 Small-Sided Game (10 minutes):

  • Players form teams of 2 and engage in a 2v2 match, applying the technical and tactical skills learned during the session.

Fun Cool-Down (7 minutes):

  • Conclude the session with a "Simon Says" Stretching - The coach leads stretching exercises, and players follow the entertaining commands of "Simon" (the coach), involving all muscles used during training.


Dutch Session

60 minutes - Coerver-Inspired Skill Development

Fun Warm-Up (10 minutes):

Start with a dynamic and enjoyable warm-up to prepare the body and mind for training.

  1. Capture the Flag Ball Game: Players attempt to "steal" an opponent's flag while dribbling the ball.

  2. Dribbling through Cones of Choice: Players dribble through a series of cones, focusing on close control and agility.

Game 1 - Passing and Movement (7 minutes):

  • Players pass the ball and quickly move to different positions to receive it again, promoting rapid decision-making and off-the-ball movement.

Game 2 - Coerver Ball Exercises (7 minutes):

  • Players practice dribbling and control exercises inspired by the Coerver method, emphasizing quick touches and precision.

Game 3 - "Reflex 1v1" (7 minutes):

  • Players engage in 1v1 duels, trying to outpace each other with quick touches and sudden changes of direction.

Game 4 - Zigzag Passing (7 minutes):

  • Players pass the ball in a zigzag path, developing precision and speed in passing.

Final 2v2 Small-Sided Game (5 minutes): (or 12 with a game less)

  • Players form teams of 2 and engage in a 2v2 match, applying the technical and tactical skills learned during the session.

  • We offer soccer clinics to teach fundamental soccer skills through fast-paced, engaging drills and games from different countries.

    All sessions are divided by age and will support beginners through advanced players.

  • Our clinics are open for players aged 5 to 14.

  • The DC Way coaches are a group of amazing men and women who have obtained a professional license to coach. We are truly proud to say that every member of our staff has exceptional personality traits and coaching skills such as a positive approach to coaching, honesty and fairness with players, a love for the game, a passion for teaching and instructing, and extensive knowledge of games, activities, and skills to develop players.

    All of the DC Way coaches are certified soccer coaches with extensive experience working with children. Our coaches have all passed mandatory background checks, have at least two years of experience working with children, and have received First Aid training.

  • We focus on improving technique, speed, intelligence, and creativity. Our clinics teach your athletes Neymar, Pelé, Iniesta, Xavi, and Coerver ways of developing football players.

    Our curriculum includes ball mastery, close control, taking on defenders, 1vs1 situations, passing techniques, creating space, keeping possession with passing, and more.

  • Full registration for 6 sessions is $150.

    Full registration for 8 sessions is $195.

    One day option is $30.

  • All players should bring a water bottle and shin guards.
