COUNSELOR-IN-TRAINING

DC Way’s Counselor-in-Training (CIT) program is a gateway to a rewarding and enriching experience for young teens, aged 12-13, seeking to impact our soccer community positively. Whether you're a familiar face from our camps, a league member, or new to the DC Way family, becoming a CIT is a fantastic extracurricular opportunity that offers personal and leadership development.
Being a CIT is more than just a way to spend your time – it's a pathway to honing essential life skills such as communication, confidence, and decisiveness. These skills are crucial on the soccer field and translate into valuable assets in various aspects of life.
