DC Way’s Assistant Coach position is where passion for sports meets leadership development. As an Assistant Coach, you'll contribute to our programs' success and gain valuable experience in running games and drills for campers and players.
Assistant coaches receive a week of training, providing them with the skills and confidence needed to excel in their coaching roles. This comprehensive training ensures that Assistant Coaches are well-prepared to create engaging and dynamic sessions for our campers and players.
Moreover, this role offers the unique opportunity to earn volunteer hours for school, allowing you to give back to the community while furthering your personal and professional development. In addition to gaining volunteer hours, this is a paid position.
