DC Way Values

Safe

At DC Way, safety is our priority. Every coach on our team is a certified soccer professional with extensive experience working with children. They’ve completed mandatory background checks, have at least two years of experience, and are trained in First Aid. Rest assured, our programs offer a safe, supportive environment where children can thrive.

Affordable

We believe soccer should be accessible to everyone! Our commitment is to make participation affordable so all families can join our community and experience the joy of the game. We work hard to keep prices fair, supporting families in giving their children a healthy, active, and enriching outlet.

Entertaining

Learning happens best when children are truly enjoying themselves, and that’s exactly what we create at DC Way! Through engaging, high-energy drills and games, they build physical and cognitive skills in a way that feels like pure fun. We focus on exciting activities with no waiting in line—just action, laughter, and learning on the go because we believe the game itself is the best teacher.

Educational

Our programs go beyond the basics to foster growth on and off the field. Each session introduces a new skill, valuable life lesson, or core value, from responsibility to confidence to honesty. We teach soccer skills that last a lifetime and life skills that go even further—helping our players grow into well-rounded, capable, and compassionate individuals.

Fun Meets Fundamentals!

Our qualified coaches are dedicated to fostering all aspects of student development, including physical skills, social-emotional growth, communication, and cognitive abilities. They engage with each child, building trust and adapting drills to meet their individual needs. Each session introduces a new topic, skill set, and life lesson, covering essential themes such as leadership, teamwork, and effective communication.
