Selection Process

Our club aims to provide the highest quality coaches, trainers, and programs for our players. A part of the development process starts with selecting teams through tryouts. We are committed to a transparent tryout and player selection process.

DC Way Academy soccer tryouts are designed to identify talented players and introduce them to the fundamentals of soccer. After the tryout has been conducted, DC Way Academy will present the player and their families with a tryout acceptance/denial letter via email.

The chosen players will receive professional training with a focus on creating highly technical players who understand all aspects of the game and who are not limited by position.
