Our mission is to promote physical health, enhance motor skills, and teach sports fundamentals while nurturing a passion for athletics in young children. We bring our expertly designed program directly to schools across the DMV area, making it convenient for busy parents and providing a seamless integration into your child’s daily routine. Our program introduces students to a variety of exciting sports in a safe, nurturing environment. Our program offers a delightful mix of sports and gym class activities to ensure every child finds their passion. We make learning fun and interactive, allowing children to develop a broad range of skills while keeping them engaged and excited.

From soccer, football, and baseball to hockey, lacrosse, golf, volleyball, tennis, basketball, and even bowling, our diverse sports lineup caters to every interest. In addition, we offer exciting gym class activities such as parachute games, tug of war, potato sack races, relay races, walking buckets, shuttle runs, agility squares, balance beam challenges, and hula hoops.

 

Sports We Offer

  • Gym Class: Engage in a variety of classic gym class activities such as relay races, parachute games, and obstacle courses.
  • Soccer: Master the basics of kicking, dribbling, and goal-scoring in a playful, energetic setting.
  • Football: Introduce your child to the basics of football, including throwing, catching, and basic plays.
  • Baseball: Get a head start in baseball with simplified batting and fielding activities.
  • Basketball: Learn to dribble, shoot, and pass with smaller, child-friendly equipment.
  • Hockey: Play safely with lightweight sticks and balls, learning teamwork, coordination, and strategic thinking.
  • Tennis: Master the basics of tennis, including hitting, volleying, and serving with lightweight rackets and soft balls.
  • Volleyball: Learn the fundamentals of volleyball, such as serving, passing, and setting.
  • Lacrosse: Discover the basics of lacrosse, including cradling, passing, and shooting with child-friendly equipment.
