ST. PETER SPRING BREAK CAMP

Spring break sorted. Your kid gets eight full days of soccer, art, and adventure right in the heart of Capitol Hill.

We’re exploring the Gods of Ancient Greece through soccer-inspired art projects. Each day, kids create art based on legendary Greek gods and their powers, play soccer games, and learn about ancient mythology while running around with friends and building skills. One day they’re designing Zeus as a power striker, the next they’re crafting Poseidon as an unstoppable goalkeeper.

It’s active, creative, and structured—no screen time, no boredom. They come home tired, happy, and with stories to tell.

Daily Themes – Meet the Gods of Ancient Greece!

What To Bring:

April 1 – Zeus the Power Striker

Start spring break with the king of the gods! Kids channel Zeus as they design a soccer player with the power to strike like thunder. They’ll learn to draw dynamic poses and add electric effects to their hero. Then they’ll create their own epic Olympus Soccer Badge, complete with lightning bolts, laurel wreaths, and symbols of power to represent their squad.

April 2 – Hermes the Fast Runner

Speed takes over today! Campers design Hermes as the fastest player on the field, complete with his famous winged shoes and swift movements. Then they’ll make collectible God Trading Cards featuring their favorite soccer gods, drawing stats, powers, and fun facts to trade with friends.

April 3 – Athena the Smart Captain

Strategy meets creativity! Kids design Athena as a wise team captain who plans brilliant moves on the field. Then they’ll sculpt or draw a Mythical Soccer Trophy worthy of the gods, using mythical symbols and shiny gold details that would make Olympus proud.

April 6 – Little Bunny Plate

A spring celebration! Kids decorate plates to create adorable bunnies, using paint and colorful details to design bunny faces, long ears, and fun spring patterns. They’ll learn about shapes, symmetry, and creative expression while making something they can take home.

April 7 – Ares the Strong Defender

Defense is the name of the game! Campers build a fearless defender inspired by Ares, the god of war, drawing or crafting a soccer hero ready to block every shot. Then they’ll show their team spirit by creating colorful fan posters and writing chants to cheer for their godly soccer team.

April 8 – Apollo the Golden Shooter

Shine like the sun god! Kids design Apollo as a player whose shots dazzle and light up the goal. Then they’ll make their own Soccer Power Masks inspired by the gods’ abilities, wearing them to show off their super soccer strength on and off the field.

April 9 – Poseidon the Goalkeeper

Dive into action with Poseidon! Campers draw or craft a goalkeeper with wave powers and unstoppable reflexes. Then they’ll animate their favorite soccer moment by making a Match Moment Flipbook showing goals, saves, or epic moves on the field.

April 10 – Hercules the Team Hero

Celebrate strength and teamwork! Kids design Hercules as a player who helps the whole team shine, embodying the spirit of collaboration. Then they’ll create an Olympus Soccer Map showing an epic arena on Mount Olympus, complete with godly zones, secret paths, and legendary goals.
