For our youngest campers (ages 3-4), we ask that they be potty trained and comfortable following simple directions.

What To Bring: Water bottle, shin guards, lunch, snacks, indoor shoes, and sneakers

We also ask families to pack an extra set of clothes (and pull-ups if needed) for younger campers, just in case of accidents.

Art Classes: Art & Soccer Camps are priced higher because of what’s included: classroom rental for art time and all the supplies kids need for their projects.

Youth Leadership Programs: We offer CIT (ages 12-13) and Junior Assistant (ages 14-18) positions during camp! Teens gain work experience, earn volunteer hours, and develop leadership skills while helping with camp activities. January 27: Winter Wonderland - Polar Bears

Polar Bear in Northern Lights

Kids create magical arctic scenes featuring polar bears under the glowing northern lights. They’ll learn about cold and warm colors while painting beautiful winter landscapes.

January 28: Winter Fun – Glove Design

Design Your Gloves

Kids design and decorate their own unique winter gloves using fun patterns, colors, and symbols. They’ll explore symmetry and personal style while having a blast.

January 29: Winter Wonderland - Hot Drinks

My Favorite Hot Drink

Campers design their own hot drink cup creations, decorating mugs with patterns and drawings of their favorite winter beverages. This activity encourages creativity and discussion about what keeps us warm in winter.

January 30: Winter Fun – Snowman Crafts

Funny Paper Snowmen

Campers build playful 3D paper snowmen with silly faces and creative accessories. This hands-on craft develops fine motor skills and encourages imaginative storytelling.

February 6 & 13: Soccer Safari

The Power of Elephant

Kids explore the world of soccer through clay sculpting! Inspired by the elephant—a symbol of strength, teamwork, and determination—they’ll create their own clay elephant soccer figures showing power in motion. No prior art experience needed, just curiosity and enthusiasm! Each child leaves with a unique clay sculpture and a proud sense of accomplishment.

On the Field

Kids channel the strength and teamwork of elephants through soccer! They’ll practice powerful kicks, work on balance and coordination, and play team games that emphasize moving together like a herd. Get ready for safari-themed drills and action-packed scrimmages!

February 16: Futuristic Soccer

Robot Players Paper Project

Kids design and build their own robot soccer players using paper and mixed materials. This hands-on project sparks imagination while developing fine motor skills, creativity, and basic design thinking. The session ends with a colorful display of futuristic soccer robots, celebrating each child’s unique ideas and designs.

On the Field

Kids become robot soccer players! They’ll practice mechanical movements, precision passing, and “robot-powered” kicks while playing futuristic-themed games. Expect beep-boop sound effects, robotic celebrations, and lots of tech-inspired soccer fun!

Camp Information

DC Way is committed to providing a safe, structured, and positive environment for every player, both on and off the field.
All DC Way coaches are certified, background-checked, and trained in First Aid, with years of experience working with children.
Each player is expected to bring their own water bottle, snack, and other belongings.

What do we offer at Art & Soccer Day Camp?

Who can participate?

Our camp is open to boys and girls 3-12 years old.

Please note: Children ages 3–4 must be potty-trained and able to follow simple directions to participate. We also ask families to pack an extra set of clothes (and pull-ups if needed) for younger campers, just in case of accidents.

Who are the coaches?

The DC Way coaches are a group of amazing men and women who have obtained a professional license to coach. We are truly proud to say that every member of our staff has exceptional personality traits and coaching skills such as a positive approach to coaching, honesty and fairness with players, a love for the game, a passion for teaching and instructing, and extensive knowledge of games, activities, and skills to develop players.

All of the DC Way coaches are certified soccer coaches with extensive experience working with children. Our coaches have all passed mandatory background checks, have at least two years of experience working with children, and have received First Aid training.
