Welcome to DC Way’s action-packed outdoor World Cup Summer Camp, where young players bring soccer and creativity together through the exciting lens of the World Cup at Stuart-Hobson! Each day is a new adventure as campers explore soccer styles and traditions from around the globe. From Brazilian footwork to Spanish passing to Argentine artistry, they’ll build skills on the field while diving into different soccer cultures.

But we don’t stop at soccer! Every country theme comes to life through World Cup-inspired art projects, team activities, and fun competitions that celebrate the music, colors, and spirit of each nation. It’s movement, creativity, and global fun — all rolled into one unforgettable summer experience!

Camp Details

Dates: June 20 – August 22 (Mon-Fri)

  • Week 1: June 20 (one-day camp)
  • Week 2: June 23-27
  • Week 8: August 4-8
  • Week 9: August 11-15
  • Week 10: August 18-22

Ages: Boys and Girls 4–13 years old

  • Please note that we require 4-year-old children to be potty trained and able to follow directions.

Week 1 Location: On June 20, campers will remain at Stuart-Hobson Field until pick-up at 5:30 pm.

Week 2-10 Location: Campers will spend the morning outdoors at Stuart-Hobson Field and transition indoors to Northeast Library for afternoon activities.

Time: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (before and after care available)

Check-in & Check-out Options:

  • Before Care Check-in: 8:00 am at Stuart-Hobson Field
  • Check-in: 9:00 am or 12:00 pm at Stuart-Hobson Field
  • Check-out: 12:00 pm or 3:00 pm at Stuart-Hobson Field
  • Extended Check-out: 5:30 pm at Northeast N. Library

Art Classes: We collaborate with Gagarin Art Studio to offer exciting art classes that inspire creativity and allow kids to explore their artistic side while having fun!

A World of Fun, All in One Camp!


This summer, your child will travel the globe without leaving DC! At Kick & Create: Stuart-Hobson’s World Cup Camp, each week is a new cultural adventure — filled with soccer-inspired challenges and hands-on art projects rooted in the traditions of World Cup countries.

From perfecting French flair and Italian strategy to embracing England’s passion for the game, campers will design team jerseys, paint national flags, and experience the perfect mix of movement, creativity, and discovery!

Camp Information

  • DC Way is committed to providing a safe, structured, and positive environment for every player, both on and off the field.
  • All DC Way coaches are certified, background-checked, and trained in First Aid, with years of experience working with children.
  • Each player is expected to bring their own water bottle, snack, and other belongings.

What do we offer at Stuart-Hobson’s World Cup Camp?

At Kick & Create: Stuart-Hobson’s World Cup Camp, we offer a dynamic mix of soccer, creativity, and cultural discovery. Campers start their day outdoors with World Cup-themed soccer games and drills that reflect the styles of different countries. In the afternoon, they head indoors to explore that week’s featured nation through hands-on art projects, storytelling, and fun team challenges. Each week brings a new global adventure — from designing team jerseys to learning unique footwork styles — all in a safe, structured, and fun environment.

Who can participate?

Our camps are open to boys and girls 4 to 13 years old. Please note that we require 4-year-old children to be potty trained and able to follow directions.

Who are the coaches?

The DC Way coaches are a group of amazing men and women who have obtained a professional license to coach. We are truly proud to say that every member of our staff has exceptional personality traits and coaching skills such as a positive approach to coaching, honesty and fairness with players, a love for the game, a passion for teaching and instructing, and extensive knowledge of games, activities, and skills to develop players.

All of the DC Way coaches are certified soccer coaches with extensive experience working with children. Our coaches have all passed mandatory background checks, have at least two years of experience working with children, and have received First Aid training.
